Annalise is turning 16 and her family is throwing her an extravagant masquerade birthday party- filled with 180 guests, lots of food, dancing and of course a beautiful cake!
For this party I made mask cookie pops for favors, finished with thank you tags. Its all about the glitter, gold and dramatic texture for this party. The colors were black, white, gold and a touch of royal blue.
There were two cakes for Annalise. One was the 4 tier cake -- ruffled textured first tier, gold damask second tier, diamond cushioned third tier and rosette fourth tier. All finished off with beautiful gold and black mask props and dipped gold feathers! The second cake was a "grown up smash cake" on the side. This cake had a beautifully decorated blue mask with Annalise's name on the front plaque. I absolutely love how these cakes turned out--- but if anyone is wondering, this was my first and LAST 4 tier. Anxiety is all I can say!
Happy Birthday Annalise!!!
Though many people love to stay safe and traditional with Communion colors, Avery's mom had the right idea by adding the pop of black into her cake! The black details really stand out and lend a sophisticated look for a beautiful young girl.
Avery's cake was vanilla with strawberry buttercream filling, covered in fondant details and black, pink and white molded decorations.
The perfect collection of communion cookies for any girly girl! Classic pink and purples work in with soft white to create a beautiful yet simplistic group of cookies. I love adding pearl details and white sanding sugar to complete the looks! Gia was able to give out beautiful cookie favors on her special day and enjoy them herself!
A perfect favor to spring into summer at a beautiful bridal shower. This collection of cookies would make a delicate, memorable take home gift at any shower or event. The tonal coral and turquoise colors bring some fun into the shells and the crushed cookie "sand" in each bag just adds the perfect touch.
What an adorable collection of cookie favors inspired by some of my favorite baby designs! Nothing better than sweet customized cookies to welcome your new baby boy into the world!
This baby shower was all about the traditional baby blues, white and touches of yellow. I had such a good time making this clean looking collection on some of my favorite cookie cutter shapes! The clothesline with the Onesies that say "BOY" were just too cute to not include!
Happy Baby Shower!!
One of the best reasons to give a gift is "just because". I loved making this little collection of custom teapot cookies for Teresa to give to her mother. It is such a nice surprise and of course the perfect anytime gift for someone who loves their tea time :-)
