How much fun are these cupcakes?!?! I am not an animated movie kind of person, but I watched Finding Dori for the first time this month and absolutely loved it! Every character was so adorable and the story was great for everyone! For these cupcake toppers, I incorporated other characters from the movie that I loved and made an under the sea collection to coordinate with this Dori themed birthday party!
Happy Birthday KB3!
Here are some of the cupcakes and cookies that I made for Ari's "My Little Pony" bithday party. Ari's mom found these great cupcake toppers on Pinterest that I was able to replicate for her. (Not sure of the original designer!) The cupcake symbols match to the symbol on each of the ponies. Below are custom cookies that I made of Ari's favorite ponies! Characters are always my biggest challenge because of the EYES! So difficult but so cute for the little ones!
Happy Birthday Ari!
Brittani is having a baby and I created a dessert table for her shower to welcome the little prince! Liam Michael got a table with everything sweet-- a two tier cake with golden crown, chocolate dipped pretzels, glitter Oreos, customized cookies and personalized cupcakes with toppers!
My soon to be sister-in-law is having a baby! We showered her and her husband with love to welcome their baby boy Kaiden. For their "Little Man" shower, everything was about bow ties, mustaches and BLUE!
I created a dessert table for Kaiden featuring a two tier cake, mustache cake pops, "K" chocolate covered Oreos, cupcakes with personalized toppers, chocolate covered pretzels, and of course, cookies of onesies, mustaches and plaques.
We are so excited to meet baby Kaiden!
Congratulations Christina and Ron!
These farm animal Baptism cupcakes are so perfectly cute! Brandon and Liam are celebrating their Baptisms together and having an adorable petting zoo at their party!! I made some custom cupcake toppers with ornate crosses and cute little animal faces all in blue, yellow and white!
Congratulations Brandon and Liam!
Haley has made the great accomplishment of graduating with her education degree from Rutgers and her mother wanted to throw her a graduation party with some customized treats! For her cake, I made a red velvet one tier cake with custom decorations on top to incorporate her degree! My favorite part was drawing on the chalkboard of course! The cupcakes married back to the cake with handmade topper decorations.
Kenneth had his first paintball party with his friends and wanted a special cake for his day. His Grandmother asked if I could make this paintball cake inspired by a great image that she found on Pinterest. The topper is made with rice cereal and the paint splatters have colorful gumball centers!
Happy Birthday Kenneth!
Jaiden loves his karate classes! His mom surprised him this week with some awesome cupcake toppers to complete all of the cupcakes for his karate friends. These toppers show off Jaiden's red belt skills and make ordinary cupcakes just a little more exciting for everyone :-)
Happy 12th Birthday Jaiden!!
London Elle had her special Christening day this past weekend and she celebrated with some beautiful sweets! I took inspiration from the grey, yellow and white invitations that were sent out, and created a group of desserts that were perfect for a baby girl. All of the classic elements of a Christening were included in a beautiful way and the Bible cake brought an elegant touch to the party!
Congratulations London Elle!
Today is Claudia's birthday and she is celebrating while doing one of her favorite activities- gymnastics! The party will be so much fun for both boys and girls and Claudia wanted to have some favors that would be nice for everyone to take home. Simple chocolate and vanilla cupcakes with flower details in her favorite colors were made to eat at the party. The favors were anchor and whale cookies in teal and grey for the boys and fuchsia and teal for the girls.
Happy Birthday Claudia!
These cupcakes were made based on the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme. My favorite to make was the clubhouse of course! I had to fit in all of the characters for Shar-Ron's second birthday-- mickey, minnie, goofy, pluto, daffy and daisy-- All in the classic clubhouse colors. Such a great theme to incorporate every kids favorite character! Toppers give everyone something fun to fight over :-)
Arianny is turning TWO this month and her mother put together the most adorable and fun FROZEN party to celebrate! There were just so many cute details, desserts and decorations to look at throughout the house! I was asked if I could create an Olaf pull-apart cake for the kids to eat and have fun with.. and of course I said yes. Major lesson learned during this one... do not lean your cupcake board against the edge of the table... NO, it is not stable enough. and YES the cupcakes will all kiss the floor. Which they did. So I rushed to make a new cake that morning.. but little Olaf still came out cute :-)
Happy Birthday little Ari!
Jace had his first birthday party this weekend and it was based on the popular show Chica the Sprout! This past month I have definitely worked on my knowledge of childrens TV. I went from not knowing ANYTHING, to knowing every show out there-- and how to mold all of the characters faces! I made Chica the main theme for this little boys cake and cupcake collection, The cake was inspired by an image found on Cake Central and the cupcakes were made around the farm theme.
Happy Birthday Jace!
I definitely had some fun here learning all the characters from Nick Jr.'s most popular shows! Brielle is just the sweetest little girl and today she is two years old. Instead of figuring out one theme, her mother decided to represent all of her favorite shows with faces of the characters that she just loves. My favorite group are the Bubble Guppies- they are so adorable and I am crazy about that
blonde curly fondant hair!
Happy Birthday Brielle!
Devin and Lyle are getting married and they are incorporating beautiful rustic elements into their big day. Devin's awesome bridal party is throwing her a shower this weekend filled with mums, fall colors and of course mason jars.
For the treats, I created classic mason jar cookies with fondant flower accents in the colors of Devin's wedding. Burnt orange and deep purple! the mason jars read "D & L" with the date of the shower. The cupcakes compliment the cookies with similar floral decorations and a simple vanilla buttercream!
Congratulations Devin and Lyle!
