My lovely friends asked if I could re-create a smash cake that they found for their sons 1st birthday photoshoot- and here it is! I love that it is so simple and classic. You don't need much when you have the cake sitting next to the cutest baby in the world!!!
Happy Birthday Max!!!
How FUN is this group of cookies! I love Dr. Seuss and I also love decorating cookies free-hand with that iconic technique of a Dr. Seuss book! This collection was made for two brothers ages 1 and 4 that were actually born different years, but same day, same time, same hospital room! No better theme to have!
Frank's favorite theme is STAR WARS and I made him some awesome little Star Wars cookies to celebrate with his friends. Here are his favorite characters turned into "smaller" versions of themselves!
Happy 5th Birthday Frank!
Brittani is having a baby and I created a dessert table for her shower to welcome the little prince! Liam Michael got a table with everything sweet-- a two tier cake with golden crown, chocolate dipped pretzels, glitter Oreos, customized cookies and personalized cupcakes with toppers!
My soon to be sister-in-law is having a baby! We showered her and her husband with love to welcome their baby boy Kaiden. For their "Little Man" shower, everything was about bow ties, mustaches and BLUE!
I created a dessert table for Kaiden featuring a two tier cake, mustache cake pops, "K" chocolate covered Oreos, cupcakes with personalized toppers, chocolate covered pretzels, and of course, cookies of onesies, mustaches and plaques.
We are so excited to meet baby Kaiden!
Congratulations Christina and Ron!
Mikey turned one year old and his parents threw him an amazing party all about clouds and classic hot air balloons. The color scheme was red, white, sky blue and dark blue. For this party I created a smash cake for Mikey with a custom topper made out of rice treats and fondant. All of the party styling and set up was done by Kimberly Paige Events!
Happy Birthday Mikey!
I love these communion cookies that were made for Chris' First Communion! I incorporated traditional details and used pastel blue and green to make the cookies masculine and soft in color.
Round two of the Paw Patrol explosion! It's Jeffrey's birthday and his mom and dad are celebrating with his favorite characters- the puppies from Paw Patrol. Here we have two popular puppies- one for the boys favor and one for the girls. Along with some "Jeffrey bones" and the Paw Patrol logo cookie!
Happy Birthday Jeffrey!
I love being able to work on themes that remind me of being a kid- and Snoopy is one of them! Such a classic character and so sweet for a little boy or girl. These snoopy birthday cookies were fun for all of the kids to take home at the party as favors!
December was DEFINITELY the month of the superhero! I had 4 superhero orders in a row and went from not knowing who any of them were.. to learning all of their powers! What an adorable theme for both a baby shower or a little boy's birthday party. Here you will see: Cookie favors for a baby superhero; Batman cookie favors for James who is turning 4 years old; A superhero two tier cake and coordinating cupcakes; and Cookie favors featuring the Avengers!
It's Finn's birthday and he is celebrating with his favorite theme- trucks! According to his mom, he knows everything there is to know about construction trucks and she wanted to surprise him with some cookies of his favorites! Loving the delicious "dirt" sprinkles in the back of the dump truck!
Happy Birthday Finn!
What an adorable collection of cookie favors inspired by some of my favorite baby designs! Nothing better than sweet customized cookies to welcome your new baby boy into the world!
This baby shower was all about the traditional baby blues, white and touches of yellow. I had such a good time making this clean looking collection on some of my favorite cookie cutter shapes! The clothesline with the Onesies that say "BOY" were just too cute to not include!
Happy Baby Shower!!
What a cute theme for a baby shower! Vintage airplanes and suitcases for a little baby boy! I was asked by the mother-to-be to wrap up these sweet little treats as her shower favors. I would have never thought of this theme but I think it is so unique and adorable. I love the little luggage tags with baby Paul's initials on them, and the small touches of gold on the suitcases. Simple and sweet!
These cupcakes were made based on the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse theme. My favorite to make was the clubhouse of course! I had to fit in all of the characters for Shar-Ron's second birthday-- mickey, minnie, goofy, pluto, daffy and daisy-- All in the classic clubhouse colors. Such a great theme to incorporate every kids favorite character! Toppers give everyone something fun to fight over :-)
Arianny is turning TWO this month and her mother put together the most adorable and fun FROZEN party to celebrate! There were just so many cute details, desserts and decorations to look at throughout the house! I was asked if I could create an Olaf pull-apart cake for the kids to eat and have fun with.. and of course I said yes. Major lesson learned during this one... do not lean your cupcake board against the edge of the table... NO, it is not stable enough. and YES the cupcakes will all kiss the floor. Which they did. So I rushed to make a new cake that morning.. but little Olaf still came out cute :-)
Happy Birthday little Ari!
