I just got married this past weekend to the best man ever!!! Even though I did not make my own wedding cake, I DID have to make a groom's cake for my husband. He just got promoted to investigator at his job and I thought it would be really cool to make a cake in the shape of his new badge with badge number! I surprised him with this [larger than it should have been] groom's cake! Check that New Jersey State Seal out!!!
Happy 31st Birthday to my sister!!! I made this upside down ice cream cone drip cake for Jill because everyone needs some cake on their day! Filled with pistacchio filling, this cake is surrounded by snickers, twix, sprinkles, peanut butter cups and pink wafers!
Happy Birthday Jill!!!
When someone goes the extra mile to help you out- it's always nice to send a little thank you. No better "thank you" than a box of cookies saying it all! Here is a little set of cookies perfect for any accountant!
This Christmas I experimented with "paint your own cookie" designs! This concept was one that a lot of my cookie friends were posting and I thought I would give a try. They are super adorable and super fun to give to the kids to pay with and then eat! The light bulb cookie that I made is the palette in which you can add a dab of water and grab color from to decorate your cookies in any which way!
Thanksgiving is around the corner and this year I am making a few hostess gift boxes to simply say “thank you” to someone special. Each box consists of two plump pumpkins, one sunflower and one plaque shape with a beautiful metallic gold sentiment.
Such a clean, classic look for a baby boy’s Baptism. I loved making this collection for little Christopher and wrapping them all up to thank all of his beautiful family with!
God Bless Christopher!
If you are thinking of a fun idea for a 6 year old’s birthday party— do an art party! Chloe got to spend the day with her friends spinning pottery and painting awesome designs together. This group of cookie favors was just a fun extension of their day!
Happy Birthday Chloe!
I had a Disney Princess weekend! It seemed like every 4 year old girl celebrated with some awesome princess cookies to complete their big day! Here are 5 of Bella's favorite characters and some fun cookies inspired by them!
Happy Birthday Bella!
It’s my nephew’s 1st birthday!! He is all about Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and this year I made a dessert table full of fun sweets for all of the kids to go crazy over! Using classic primary colors and simple images, I coordinated each sweet to scream Mickey Mouse!
Happy Birthday Kaiden!
The only thing cuter than jungle animals is making a BABY jungle animal cookie collection. Inspired by an adorable invitation, these animals mimic the sweet characters that invited all of the guests to the shower!
Loving the tea party shower theme and also loving these sweet teapot and teacup cookies! They are the perfect favor wrapped with beautiful jute ties and delicate favor tags. These cookies go perfect with the theme and with an amazing cup of tea!
Just my favorite little character ever-- EEYORE!!! I was so excited to work on this cake and make this Eeyore fondant figure to sit as the topper. The baby pinks, purples and florals make this the perfect cake to welcome little Hailey Grace!
I can't believe that Peyton is already turning 1 year old! This was her second cookie collection and it was based on the awesome Clam Bake theme that her mother was putting together for her birthday! Nautical colors, crabs, lobster, touches of gold mermaid scales and simple stripes completed this look!
Happy 1st Birthday Peyton!
Not only my favorite Disney Princess, but my favorite attempt at hand-painting cookies! I had such a good time coloring up this beauty and making a collection that was inspired by her look. Beautiful medallion shapes, rich colors and gold accents bring out the "Jasmine" in every cookie!
Happy Birthday Janiya!
There's not much more that a kid would love than getting the chance to eat his own favorite gaming system! So I made this XBOX system with controller for Caleb to enjoy on his big day. He also requested some Minecraft cookies for which I had edible images created to perfect the pixelated look!
Happy Birthday Caleb!
I love this barn animal theme and I love even more that the birthday boy's name is JACK! What an adorable collection of bright primary colors and fun little details. My favorite touch is the little fondant haystack of course :-)
Happy First Birthday Jack!!
Here are some classic nautical cookies to welcome Lincoln! I used simple chevron patterns and shades of blue to complete this sweet collection!
Welcome baby Lincoln!
Instead of creating the superheroes themselves, why not add some fun to your cookies with an assortment of your child's favorite superhero logos! Here are a few examples using Batman, Flash and Spiderman!
Happy Birthday Finn!
Pretty much one of my favorite cakes to date! I love that you can turn such a classic theme into a sweet cake. I absolutely loved carving out the little teddy bear heads and adding texture for their fur! This simple quilted design allows you to keep the elegant look of a 3 tier cake while giving you a platform to have fun with. I also loved this customers color scheme of teal, white and touches of metallic gold!
It is Eva's first birthday and her Baptism day! We are celebrating double time for her and making double the treats for her guests. This party had a beautiful custom cake that was inspired by an image sent by my customer. Unfortunately I do not have the source to name! The floral gum paste topper was my first attempt and I love the way i turned out!
I also make a collection of cookies, cake pops, cupcakes, strawberries and pretzels to coordinate with Eva's sweet pink and gold theme.
There is no better way to thank a teacher than to hand them a box of custom cookies designed all around the things they love! These two teachers love tennis and college football. I made a collection of seven cookies with one cookie listing all off the children's names on it! Perfect gift!
Thank you teachers!
Touches of pink, white and blue with a little sparkle! These pops are the perfect way to fill up your gender reveal party table!
